Product Overview

Our basic Cable Theft Monitor and Motor/Gearbox Monitor is a reliable, cost-effective security solution designed specifically for center pivot irrigation systems. It provides immediate audible alerts in the event of tampering or theft attempts on critical components such as span cables, motors, and gearboxes.

System Description

The system utilizes a closed-loop monitoring design that is entwined along the pivot's cables and looped through the gearboxes and motors. A 12 Volt DC line is boosted along this monitoring loop and continuously supervised by an end-of-line monitor.

In the event of a cable break, cut, or tampering, the system triggers an immediate siren alert. The duration of the siren can be customized by the customer, typically ranging from 30 seconds to 3 minutes.
